解りやすく申し上げれば、親族が若い彼女達に僅かばかりの希望を託し、自らが売り込み活動をする場合が大半を占めていたからです。

また、彼女達を取り扱う窓口はフィリピン政府認可法人であります。最終的には両国政府の采配の基で一回に付き六カ月の興業が行われた訳です。何も実態を把握していない偉い外国人さんが、理想の理念を振りかざして現実にそぐわない論法を無理やり押し付け、無理やり形に嵌め込むべきではなかったのです。

悲しい事ではあっても国で待つ幼子や家族の事を考えれば、彼女達に取っては至極あたり前の行動だったに違いないでしょう。
