第四章・反省なき朝鮮民族 / The Korea race without the reflection

29）最初の朝鮮三国時代を壊したのは新羅の金春秋であった。

百済の繁栄を逆恨みし敵国唐と共謀の上これを滅ぼし、次に再び唐と密約を交わし高句麗を攻め滅ぼして、「 新羅統一 」 を果たした。

高句麗を攻める途中で金春秋が病死すると、新羅は九世紀まで王位継承戦争が続き、堪り兼ねた地方の豪族達が元の三国に分裂させたのです。

30）朝鮮半島は再び892年に後百済が建国し、901年には後高句麗も建国された。

これ以降を後三国時代と呼ぶが、後百済と後高句麗との領土紛争は絶えなかったのです。

935年に後百済で王位継承の反乱が起り、同年11月には新羅の王が突然に君臣を挙げ帰順した為に、後高句麗は労せず覇権を掴んだ事になる。

31）高麗となった後高句麗は、失われた先祖伝来の高句麗領土を回復し、高麗国家として体制が定まったかに見えました。

１３９２年重臣の李成桂は、意気揚々と領地奪回を目指し清国に攻め入る筈だったが、突如として軍を引き返すと、時の首相兼参謀長と第三十二代の王を殺害してしまった。

32）李成桂は李氏朝鮮を打ち建て、自ら望んで明の隷属国家となったのです。

1895年（明治28年）3月に、日本が日清戦争で勝利するまでの５１８年間、朝鮮の自主独立は幻に覆われ、国土は荒廃し国民は奴隷同然の日々を余儀なくされていた。

日本は日清戦争で勝利すると直ちに朝鮮の自主独立を提唱した。

33）朝廷や官僚らの激しい抵抗がある中で、日本は金弘集総理大臣を盛り立て、自主独立への政策を進めました。

然し、直後の三国干渉で日本の威信が失墜すると、朝鮮民族が最も得意とする陰湿な造反運動が多発したのである。

親露派や儒学者達や地域に根をはる両班が、農民層を巻き込んで内乱を起こし、総理大臣の金弘集は光化門外で群衆に打ち殺されてしまった。

34）こうして日清開戦から武力を背景とした日本の朝鮮介入は、日清講和条約の調印から一年も経たずに頓挫した。

つまり日本主導による朝鮮の内政改革と保護国化の挫折でありました。

その結果としてロシアが満洲を占領するまでの間、朝鮮をめぐる国際情勢は、日本が望まない小康状態を保つ事になる。

35）清国の敗戦後、朝鮮半島では日本が政治的に後退し、ロシアが満洲へ軍事的進出の準備を始めた矢先、朝鮮の高宗王は1897年10月12日に皇帝即位式を挙行したのです。

国号を「朝鮮」から「大韓」と改め大韓帝国の成立を宣布し、恥辱の象徴であった 「 迎恩門 」を 「 独立門 」 に建て替えられました。

36）日本はこの様に最悪の状況下で、世界中の誰もが無謀だと叫ぶロシアとの戦争に挑んで行った。

大韓帝国と国名を改めた朝鮮の高宗王は、ロシアへ密書まで送る念の入れ方だった。

日本はこの戦に勝利し、国際社会から公式に朝鮮に対する優越権を保障されましたが、大韓帝国の視線は、常に清国とロシアの顔色を注視していた筈である。

37）1907年6月にオランダのハーグで第2回万国平和会議が開かれました。

朝鮮国王は，1905年に結ばれた日韓保護条約が無効である事を、列強国の国際会議の場で訴える絶好のチャンスとばかり、空かさず三名の密使を送ります。

これがハーグ密使事件だ。

彼らは平和会議への参加を実現しようと試みたが，朝鮮は外交権を失っている理由で受け入れられなかった。

38）この時に三人の密使は、腹威勢に現地でビラ撒きや講演会を行ったそうですが、朝鮮民族は恥とか尊厳と云う心を持ち合わせていないらしい。

昨今も新宿やニューヨークで慰安婦のビラを貼り回っている。

伊藤博文は朝鮮王に対し、「 日韓保護条約が不服なら宣戦布告するべき 」 と言葉を荒げ冷笑したそうです。

39）朝鮮民族は何時の時代も、己が身に付けている力量の評価と与えられた立場への協調精神が全く欠如している。

玩具を欲しがる赤子の如く、どんなに恥ずかしい醜態を演じても、自分の欲しい物は手に入れ様と血眼の闘争を繰り返す。そこからは人間としての誇りも、自尊心の欠片も見出す事が出来ない。

明治政府に落ち度があったとしたら、この常人とは思えない民族性を見抜けなかった事であろう。

40）朝鮮人は、不法かつ不平等な日韓併合に調印させられたと喚くが、伊藤博文が朝鮮人テロリストの凶弾に倒れた事で、大日本帝国陸軍に日韓併合の口実を与えてしまったのは、皮肉な巡り合わせだが他ならぬ韓国人である。

然し、短絡的な感情に任せ凶暴する民族の為に、血税をどぶ川に捨てられた日本国民こそが本当の被害者だ。

その証拠となるものは、日露戦争当時にロシア皇帝へ送り損ねた密書やハーグ密使事件が、朝鮮民族の腐り切った魂を雄弁に物語っている。

41）日本としては、相変わらず朝鮮に対するロシアと清国の圧迫が続いた為、親露派や親清派への対抗上、朝鮮国内に親日派の地歩を固め、何時でも呼応できる体制を保持していた事は事実でありましょう。

また、併合前の保護条約の段階から、宮廷や高官の抗議辞職や自殺者も相次ぎ、両班や儒学者が農民を巻き込み、反乱が続発した事はこの章の中盤で記した通りです。


Chapter 4 / Race without the reflection


29）It was Kinsyunjiu of Shiragi to have broken the first Korea Age of Three Powers.
I thought ill of prosperity of Kudara and attacked this in conspiracy with a country of enemy country Kara and I exchanged a country and a secret agreement of Kara again next and destroyed Koukuri and achieved "Shiragi unification".
When they were in the middle of attacking Koukuri, and Kinsyunjiu died of an illness, demise war continued until the ninth century, and local powerful families disrupted Shiragi in the three countries.

30）Ato-Kudara performed the founding of a country of the Korean Peninsula again for 892 years, and Ato-Koukuri performed the founding of a country for 901 years, too.
I called it the Age of Three Powers after this after , but territory struggle with Ato-Kudara and Ato-Koukuri did not die out.
Because a revolt of the demise happened in Ato-Koukuri for 935 years, and I nominated a lord and vassal suddenly, and King of  Shiragi submitted in November of the year, Ato-Koukuri caught hegemony without being able to make effort.

31）I restored a territory of lost ancestral Koukuri and saw Ato-Koukuri which became Kourai whether the system was decided as Kourai nation.
Rinseikei of the chief vassal should have invaded the country of Shin aiming at territory recapture triumphantly in 1392, but has killed the chief of staff and the prime minister at time and the King of 32nd charges when I retraced the military suddenly.

32）Rinseikei set Rishi-Chousen and I expected it by oneself and became the dependency of the country of Min.
The Korean voluntary independence was covered up (1895) for 518 years before Japan winning by Sino-Japanese War in March 1895 by an illusion, and the country went to ruin, and it was able to be other ways in the days when the nation was the same as a slave.
When a Korean dependency set becoming it free from the country of Shin, Japan proposed Korean voluntary national administration promptly.

33）Japan served Prime Minister Kim Hong-chip, and stood while there was intense resistance of the Imperial Court and bureaucrats and was able to go ahead through the policy to independence independence.
When Japanese prestige lost it by three interference just after that, the damp and shady rebellions that the Korea race was the best at occurred frequently.
Yang-ban to set a root in pro-Russia group and Confucianism people and the area rolled up the class of farmers and woke up an internal disturbance, and, as for Kim Hong-chip of the Prime Minister, it has been beaten light to death out of the gate by a crowd.

34）The Korea intervention that assumed military power a background from the Sino-Japanese outbreak of war of Japan came to a deadlock in this way without one year passing from the sealing of the Sino-Japanese peace treaty.
In other words Korean domestic administration reform and protected country by the leadership in Japan were failures of becoming it.
As a result, the international situation around Korea will keep the lull that Japan does not expect till Russia occupies Manchurian.

35）When Japan retreated after a country of Shin being defeated politically in the Korean Peninsula, and Russia prepared for the military advance to Manchurian, Korean king held emperor enthronement ceremony on October 12, 1897.
I changed name of a country to "large Korea" from "Korea" and declared the establishment of the large Korea empire, and it was rebuilt "the Geiou gate" which was the symbol of the disgrace by
 " Independence gate ".

36）Japan challenged war with Russia which shouted that anyone of the world was reckless under the worst situation in this way.
I sent the Korean high sect which changed the name of a country to large Korea empire to the secret letter to Russia.
Japan won for this war and was guaranteed the superiority right for Korea formally from the global community, but the eyes of the large Korea empire should have always watched a country of Shin and the Russian complexion closely.

37）The second International Peace Conference was held in the Hague of Netherlands in June, 1907.
The King of Korea sends an only golden opportunity and three secret messengers accusing that the Japan-Korea protectorate treaty concluded in 1905 is invalid at the place of the international conference of the Great Powers country. This is Hague secret messenger case.
They tried to realize the participation in peace conference, but Korea was not received for the reason that lost the diplomacy right.

38）At this time, a rose sprinkles a handbill locally, and three secret messengers seemed to perform a lecture for stomach energy, but the Korea race will not know shame and pride and the saying thing.
In Shinjuku and New York, I put the handbill of the charity dame and turn around these days.
When dissatisfaction should declare war, I made words worse, and the Japan-Korea protectorate treaty seemed to sneer at Hirobumi Ito for King of Korea.

39）The Korea race lacks the cooperation mind to the evaluation of the ability that oneself acquires in the times of what time and a permitted viewpoint really.

If there was a fault in the Meiji government, this ordinary man will be not to have been able to see through ethnicity not to think of to be it.

40）When the Korean was made to sign illegal and unequal Japan-Korea merger, I yell, but it is ironical turn that Hirobumi Ito has given Imperial Army an excuse of the Japan and Korea merger because the Korean terrorist was shot to death by an assassin, but is a Korean nothing but it.

However, for the race which I entrust simplistic feelings, and does brutality, a Japanese citizen thrown away a tax to the drain is a true victim.

I am eloquent, and secret letter and the Hague secret messenger case that I failed to send to a tsar in Russo-Japanese War those days tell the thing becoming the evidence about the soul that has finished being corrupt of the Korea race.

41）41) Because Russia and pressure of China on Korea continued as ever as Japan, in the opposition to the pro-Russia group and pro-China group, I harden footing of the pro-Japanese in the Korea, and it will be a fact to have maintained the system which can agree anytime.
In addition, from the stage of the protection treaty before the merger, yang-ban and a Confucianism person roll up a farmer in protest resignation and the suicide of the official in succession and are just what I wrote down that revolts occurred in a row in the middle stage of this chapter.
