自らも 「 李氏の国 」 と公言して憚らず、支那で明国が滅び清国が権力を手にすると、空かさず清国に準ずる道を選んだのです。
李氏朝鮮になってから５１８年間、唯の一度も主権など勝ち取った事はないでしょう。
75）準主権国家として国際舞台へ登場できたのは、日清戦争に勝利した日本が、朝鮮に対する宗主権を清国から奪い取ったに他ならない。
それまで英国のチャーチル大統領は朝鮮の存在すら知らなかったと、ハーグ密使事件の折に話しております。
日韓併合条約後は日本の保護国なので、国家および主権を日本に奪われたと云う論理は無理であろう。
76）李氏朝鮮王朝の宮廷内は、代々皇后の一族が入り込み賄賂三昧の日々を重ね、国家運営より私腹を肥やす弊害が日韓併合の直前まで続いた。
当時の文官や知識人の告発文などが政府公文書に残っており、宗主国へ朝鮮の美女を何千人も貢ぎ、国内の男性は結婚相手に事欠く始末だと記してあるとの事です。

日本政府は朝鮮の皇室や貴族階級を、王公族として日本の華族階級へ組み入れ、法的に同等の権利と待遇を与えられました。
朝鮮王朝が犯した様な、相手国の皇室を根絶やしにする殺害など行使していません。
78） 『 人命を奪った 』 件に付いては、徴用や徴兵を言いたいのであろう。
朝鮮人はふたこと目には差別とか不公平を口にするが、合併により日本国の一部になったのですから、戦争ともなれば徴用や徴兵は国民として当然の義務である。
その為に日本政府は義務に応じた待遇を日本人並みに施しております。
79）戦時中は多くの朝鮮出身の軍人・軍属の人たちが、日本人として戦場に赴き戦われ、残念ながら力尽きて亡くなられた人もおります。
戦時下に於いては理由を問わず、敵兵と交戦する事は国と家族の未来を守る唯一の手段である。
この義務自体も敗戦前の一年間だけであった事を深く考えるべきでありましょう。
80）そうした経験を持ち合わせない輩が、我武者羅に偏向教育に操られ過去を振りかざし、賠償金を毟り取ろうとする行為は、先人達の苦労と努力に対する冒瀆の何物でもない。
実際問題として日韓併合の後は、農業生産品の改良や近代医療の導入で、飢餓や疫病による死者など皆無となり、朝鮮の人口は増加の一途を辿った事実を勉強すべきである。
